done<\/em>, done in just eight days.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe reality is my journey might turn from 60 days into the \u201c75 Days to Become a Fitness DVD Star Challenge.\u201d Partly because I\u2019m not physically where I need to be, but mostly because I\u2019m not finalized with the workout design. I still haven\u2019t cast the additional talent who will be doing the exercises with me on screen, and once I figure that out, I have to train them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I think we\u2019re looking at mid-October now for the shoot date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is This Realistic?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n Is my process the best way to lose weight? Actually I\u2019m glad I committed to being successful by only eating real food and exercising and not using supplements or other methods. I seem to have maintained muscle mass (the first time I\u2019ve ever done so while going through a hardcore food regimen) and my energies level have generally stayed high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is this diet and routine realistic forever and ever? Um, no. While I\u2019m a big fan of \u201cThe Smarter Science of Slim,\u201d I definitely wouldn\u2019t recommend to a client to do what I\u2019ve been doing for any extended period, even though I know there are a lot of \u201cSSoS\u201d devotees who eat this way full time. I like a slice of bread from my local bakery now and again, and I like a little ice cream here and there. I will say though that I\u2019m pretty sure my eating habits have changed permanently. There will be a LOT less starches in my future. My evening meal no longer requires a starch and my whole family is quite content with two veggies instead. That is a big win for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Onward and upward! I\u2019m going to continue to do what I\u2019m doing and get back on the wagon as far as workout development goes. I\u2019ve faltered, but I haven\u2019t failed. I\u2019m still in this for the ultimate goal of a finished fitness DVD and I think I\u2019ll have one by November 1st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
