rest days are important, especially if you're doing higher intensity stuff. It's good to program in at least one rest day per week, or at least a light workout day. But listen to your body too, if you're feeling overly tired or if you start fighting a nagging pain or injury give yourself a little more rest. Hope that helps. L--

Dance parties would depend on intensity ... if you're sweating a ton, high intensity, if it's just a little flushed, moderate ... L--

..any rest days? I workout more than most of the people I know.. and that sometimes is no rest days, or atleast some type of exercise everyday (whether pilates, various cardio, etc). I just wonder your opinion on days off to rest? (or is that subjective to each individual!)
I don't run full marathon's tho.. where I know rest days are needed for recovery but, I do workout hard. thanks!

This is exactly what I have been looking for! I choose 30 minutes of high intensity! Now... do dance parties count as moderate or high intensity? ;) Thanks for the info.
