How it works
- You’ll fill out a 10-minute questionnaire followed by arranging a time to talk via phone or Skype
- We’ll discuss everything about you, from food to fitness to any injuries we need to work around (30 – 45 minutes)
- Within 72 hours of our conversation, I’ll send you a detailed 15-page report covering cardio, weight training, and a food plan, all geared specifically to you
- You can ask me any additional questions about your plan via email
I am also available for regular coaching sessions to keep you accountable.
