For the record, I want Jillian to be a high-level trainer because she does have the ability to literally inspire millions. I want her to be the “Dr. Oz” of trainers with all of the credentials in her industry that Dr. Oz has is in his industry. I trust what Dr. Oz says (and have even bought his books) because of his impeccable resume. I would love to have the same respect for Jillian.

I was sorting through the health and fitness categories and ran across Jillian Michael’s affiliate program. They are offering 70% to 90% commission on her products. What! That would explain why her face is plastered all over the web, the profits from any sale, even a measly sale are huge!

I’d like to let you all in on a little secret. The fitness industry is about 95% marketing! It’s some guys in suits sitting around figuring out how they can tap into this billion dollar industry

I was at my Pilates studio today, which is located inside a great health club, and six of the staff members were standing around the front desk discussing “The Biggest Loser.” When I said I have a love/hate relationship with the show, everyone else started nodding.

I have love/hate feelings for the Biggest Loser. Here are my thoughts for Season 8.
