When I’m not busy writing about “everything for a healthy body,” I also write about my other passion: true food. The two make perfect sense, after all a sensible diet is an important part of one’s overall well-being.
Today on my other blog, True Food Movement, I review an important documentary that has just been released in a very novel way: it’s available to be viewed online for free until March 31st. “Hungry for Change” is an in-depth look at the dangers of American diets, which include sugar, processed foods, and diet soft drinks. We all know it’s healthier for us to eat more real foods and less chemicals. And yet, so often we don’t.
This film takes a look at the reasons why this is the case and I strongly urge you to watch the film before the end of the month. “Hungry for Change” is the follow-up to the 2008 documentary “Food Matters” and is important viewing. Please take the time to visit their site to watch and, if it affects you as it did me, share it with your social media circles.
