How to Get Celebrity Arms
I recently talked about how celebrity arms have changed throughout the decades. Since then a lot of people have asked me how to get ‘em. Here’s a quick and easy way and it literally takes less than 2 minutes per day. Enjoy!

By the way, this is my first video ever! Please be kind. Thanks to @alohaArleen for inspiring it.

I LOVE IT (and *smacked self in head* as I never think to EVER say it’s me on my videos. I always assume only my peeps at my site are watching and forget about youtube channel).
And I hope you loved doing it? for some reason I adore the medium of video in an entirely different way than I love to write.
I struggle with the whole notion of HOLLYWOOD arms but I do concede to finding my iron love via hollywood (Linda Hamilton/T2) so….

This looks like a, quick, effective way to define the shoulders as well as the arms, I like it. Thank you for the demonstration.
Hey Lisa!
I love this video. I’ve been thinking about doing little pilates demos online, and I think your video is very effective. It’s personal and not intimidating like a lot of fitness demos seem to be. Do more, please!
Btw, I tried this tonight with 3 lb weighted balls and it’s awesome, and challenging. I will add it to my home matwork routine for sure. I went super slow and you are right – it is really intense! My arms were shaking, which was great. ; )
Looking forward to the next one!
You did great!!! :) Those are some new moves for me – thank you!
Aloha Lisa!
As you know I’m getting married in November! Having not worked my arms specifically for a few years this is a challenge! Yet with just the FIRST work out I can FEEL it toning my arms! Know I can pick out a sleeveless wedding dress because I know my arms won’t be embarrassing due to your video!
Great job on your video Girl! It’s simple, easy, encouraging… just like having you right here with me!

This is a great first video. I’ve just started doing ballet and my arms are killing me. This should help! Thank you.
Gosh, thanks everybody. Really appreciate the positive vibes :-)
Great video! I love your personality, your voice is great – not too high or giggly, which can happen to women. Lots of upbeat energy, but not too peppy. Perfect, right on target performance. I look forward to trying this out.
Lisa,
You know I hate those, but they work oh so well! and it’s over before you know it!
heh, now you have no excuse not to do them in Jersey! L–
