My readers are awesome!  You keep me inspired, give me chuckles, and help me stay motivated in my own quest for healthy living.

I wanted to give you back a little something. I’ve written an eBook on New Year’s resolutions. It’s got everything from the history of resolutions to making smart ones for yourself. It even has some real world examples of how achieve yours.

I hope you like it. Just download it here!

Happy New Year! Enjoy!

Thanks so much Lisa, hope it’s helpful :-)

  • Love the “baby steps = success” and “take a break”. I have experienced both of these and am feeling really great about my situation now. I actually spent a couple of months working out less intensely (my body was tired) and being a smidge less disciplined about my nutrition. Not bad mind you, but less careful. It was nice to relax for a while and I actually maintained my weight the whole time (not that that’s the only barometer – but it is certainly one).

I actually did a post for Rita on the “celebrate the little things” motto of mine – because, quite frankly, I had to or I would have totally failed – guaranteed!

Thanks again Lisa – and Happy New Year to you!
