		<description>thanks for the input Amr.  I am a big fan of interval training too, but I think it&#039;s not always the best place to start.  Also some people just totally hate it and I wouldn&#039;t want to trap someone into interval training if they just abhor it.  Always best to do what you think is fun.  :-)
