		<description><![CDATA[Hi Sonia, I&#039;ve been doing that type of stuff too.  I&#039;ll swing the kettlebells to push my cardio &amp; then do some abs, back to kettlebells and then some upper or lower body work.  I also will do 2 minute sprints with a 1 minute break on my Spin bike which is pretty intense and yes, definitely, does make the time go faster!  Glad your butt is making progress :-)  Lisa]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Fall is my favorite season, Lisa.  I&#039;m taking advantage of the season to work on my life list.  One of the areas I&#039;ve identified for myself is a renewed commitment to strength training.  I&#039;m blessed in that my employer offers a health related fitness program, which I&#039;ve taken before.  So, I&#039;m taking advantage of the season and the offering to take a refresher course, where I&#039;ll concentrate on strength training.  I&#039;m also working with an ortho to resolve my left knee issues so that I can get back to half marathon training.  All in all, it&#039;s a great season to share.  Look forward to reading about your continued successes, too!

		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m running my first Obstacle Race on September 18th... I&#039;m VERY nervous. I&#039;ve been training for a couple of months now, and I&#039;m actually wanting to finish in the top 20 (which may be an aggressive goal, but here&#039;s to hopin!).

After that, I&#039;m not sure what I&#039;ll shoot for...

Totally love the idea of trying stripper pole fitness!! Gonna have to see if I can find that locally...]]></description>
