		<description>Being one of those southerners, I do enjoy the harvest starting in mid-spring through about now.  One of my favorites is zucchini and squash from the garden. I either slice them lengthwise into quarter-inch slabs and grill them after lightly brushing with olive oil, or I slice them into quarter-inch disks and cook on the stove with some onion.  Heavently!</description>
