Let us know how much of a gym rat you really are! Vote for how many times per week you actually workout. Go ahead, be honest … I dare you …

Wow! I am impressed that 48% of your readers are working out 3-5 days per week. I think that’s probably much higher than the national average. It also puts me to shame. :)

Your poll ratio is very high

Can I be a goddess instead of a god? ‘Workout God’ conjures up visions of big Arnie muscles… ;)

    I was a bit surprised too … Lisa :-)

  • Lisa Johnson says:

absolutely darling, you are in fact and always have been a stunning goddess :-)

  • There may be a bias as primarily fitness folks may be following your tweets and blog.

This is certainly not the trend for the country, or we wouldn’t have 60% of the population overweight.

Wondering how to get an unbiased poll.

    Great job,
    Arun

  • Lisa Johnson says:

Arun, I completely agree and I was a bit surprised myself! I was expecting a bit lower down the scale. That being said, if everyone is answering honestly, it’s good to know that this blog has become a great place for people who like to workout to get some information and some new ideas. :-)

    Thanks for your comment,

    Lisa

I run on the treadmill Tuesday – Saturday. To get me through it I watch Craig Ferguson of the Late Late Show. I record his show from the previous night and watch it in the morning when I run. Well, I don’t actually “run”. My treadmill setting is 4.0 mph. Not quite running. But I enjoy it and feel better for doing it. I think @CraigyFerg is very funny and helps me forget that I’m exercising. (Yes, that’s his Twitter handle, @CraigyFerg). Let’s all join his skeleton robot army in that hollowed out volcano and exercise!

  • I think another factor maybe how many fitness professionals vs fitness enthusiasts vs average guys and gals that follow your blog/twitter.
