We’re reaching the end of our first week. How are you doing? I’m running into negotiating with family problems.
Here’s a tip. Let your family know that you’re doing a 30 day challenge and tell them exactly what it is that you need from them. Make sure they agree to support you so when they start to intrude on the challenge, you can remind them of their support. I didn’t do that this time and I’m paying for it now!
How are the fruits and veggies going? How is the meditation going? How are the 100 pushups going? How is the journaling going?
Have you noticed benefits already? Me? I was definitely taking things more in stride today than I perhaps would have normally. It was good to know I could just switch my day around and still accomplish what I needed to accomplish.

I got a late start today but finished my goal 100 push ups by 4:30

Benefits, strength from push ups is helping me with some of my poses in yoga (especially crow pose!) and is also helping me w/my ab workouts too!
Journaling…my version is my blog..I just cannot physically hand write a journal! lol

Did my meditation while husband was running errands and kiddo was having a play date. Wasn’t sure how I was going to get it in but then it just opened up for me. Phew. Didn’t want to miss another day. How is everyone else doing?

WOW– been busy and haven’t had time to check in! Getting up early is going pretty good…slept until 7:45 today. This is now what I mean by early. It is the weekend after all so it was ok!
Goal is 5:00 tomorrow…get my week started right!

This is terrific. Thanks for taking the initiative and inviting the world to join you on your personal challenge! I know I’m a week late, but I’m going to jump on your program with my goals: give up hard candy, workout six times a week for 45 minutes, and find a way (that works for me and my schedule) to incorporate yoga into my routine. Have you done a challenge like this before and how many people usually join you? Again, thanks for the inspiration. Good luck!
