Here’s a tip. Let your family know that you’re doing a 30 day challenge and tell them exactly what it is that you need from them. Make sure they agree to support you so when they start to intrude on the challenge, you can remind them of their support. I didn’t do that this time and I’m paying for it now!

Have you noticed benefits already? Me? I was definitely taking things more in stride today than I perhaps would have normally. It was good to know I could just switch my day around and still accomplish what I needed to accomplish.
