We’re rolling along through the first week. We’re starting to develop strategies to keep us on the path. I’ve found I have to look at my schedule for the best time of day to get my meditation in.
Note to self: right after lunch is not so good. ;-)
Remember to keep this fun and to focus on why we’re doing this in the first place: to feel better about ourselves.
How did you do today? Does anyone need help? I’m happy to answer any questions or track down the research.
Cheers,
Lisa

I love meditating early morning or right before bed, but I’ve also done walking meditations during day as well…not much help am I as far as helping you with a good time for you to meditate…basically whatever fits in your schedule and feels right ;)
I completed my challenge before coming online today!
Going to try to get it done and accomplished first :)
Mine’s going easier and today I went over the 100 push ups and didn’t realize it til I added everything up!

now just have to do my RevAbs challenge later and may do a second run/jog, not sure…depends on weather, schedule
Found this little article on journaling and thought it had some good points. It goes over the health advantages of journaling … :-) Our 30 day challenge is a type of journal.

Lisa
cool advantages on the journaling
I can’t for the life of me to an actual pen/paper journal
my writing is a mess and it takes forever
but I can type out everything I have to say/thoughts/feelings etc in a heart beat!
so guess my blog is my journal :)
Success! Thank you for that nudge today, Lisa! I wrote for the first time tonight and it felt good! Definitely a positive experience! I put a note on my calendar to remind myself now. I didn’t do that before because I thought surely I’d remember!
Thank you! See you tomorrow!
Yay Tricia!
