30 Day Challenge: Day 24

We all have ruts we get stuck in.  Those circuitous tasks and drudgy activities that we do over and over again with absolutely no reward.  So many things we could do better for ourselves, with very little effort but we take the short cut and feeling slightly guilty about it afterwards.  But really, only a little guilty. Our 30 day challenge is showing how easy it is to break through the mundane to find your spunk. We are doing one small change.  One itty bitty thing and we're feeling so much better!  Perhaps we have more energy, or feel a little thinner or more rested ... and we definitely all feel empowered!  How cool is that? Do not squander this newfound power!  Use it in other ways.  How can you channel this into other areas of your life? There's a lot of potential here.
  • Stop saying yes to everyone who asks you anything
  • Use your recharged skills to conquer other areas of your life that bug you
  • Set a big goal like run a marathon, write a book, travel the world
You get the idea.  Please take a little time today to think about how this challenge has empowered you and what you'd like to do next with all that energy.  I'd love to hear what your next steps are going to be. Lisa

I have no problem saying no to people! lol
and I plan on running a 5K and getting up to 100 consecutive push ups rather than just 100 per day!
Have few other ‘bigger’ goals in mind but those will be announced later :)
