30 Day Challenge: Day 23

One week to go!  Do you feel a little charge coming back, that gut feeling that wants you to finish strong!  I sure do!

Finish strong, what does that mean for you?

Some of you have already aced this challenge and successfully incorporated your small change into your life.  You’re probably laughing a little to yourself because it was so easy you should have done it sooner.  Some of you are perhaps struggling (I am!) some good days, some bad days.  No matter what you’re heading in the right direction.

You don’t have to be perfect to be successful!

So we’ve got a few days left how would you like to finish?  This is another opportunity to adjust your strategy to be successful.  For instance, I chose meditate daily for my 30 day Challenge and I’ve learned several things about meditation for me … it’s best if I do it in the morning, before I eat (burping isn’t Zen, lol) and it definitely works better if I’m alone in the house (this one was recently added to the list) or before anyone is awake.

I’m being dragged by my desires into being a morning person, except, I don’t want to get up any earlier!  I’m not sure how I’m going to resolve that one.  Maybe my next challenge will be to become an early riser and see if it’s really that bad.

So how would you adjust what you’re doing as we begin to wind down our challenge.  What does it mean for you to finish strong?

Cheers,

Lisa

day 23 was well a bit annoying for me…
I didn’t even blog about it myself
I had an enormous blah type of day and just did what I had to do as far as challenge and didn’t push myself for better or more :(
This morning am blogging about that and today’s challenge which is done now…am tweaking my timing though…wondering if I’ll have more strength, motivation later in day than first thing in morning and leave my mornings solely for meditation/yoga/running/RevAbs and do push ups in afternoon or something? Going to play w/my timing tomorrow….

as far as getting up early…Lisa, I LOVE getting up at 5-5:30
    nobody else is up
I get more done by the time most normal people wake up so it leaves time in afternoon to ‘play’, etc…
I’ve been doing this since I was 10 (delivering newspapers as a kid in PA) and used to be in the gym training at 5, sometimes before 5 when I had the keys to a gym I used to train in…so it’s just second nature to be up early! Try it…you might like it ;)

UGH 5 am! I was up at 6:30 am today and thought that was pretty darned early … we’ll see, it’s going to have to be an easing in process. L–

LOL to UGH to my 5 a.m.
work at it gradually, get up at 6:30 for few days, then 6:15 for few, 6:00, etc… you will be amazed at how much you can get done before most people are awake though :)
