Finish strong, what does that mean for you?
Some of you have already aced this challenge and successfully incorporated your small change into your life. You’re probably laughing a little to yourself because it was so easy you should have done it sooner. Some of you are perhaps struggling (I am!) some good days, some bad days. No matter what you’re heading in the right direction.
You don’t have to be perfect to be successful!
So we’ve got a few days left how would you like to finish? This is another opportunity to adjust your strategy to be successful. For instance, I chose meditate daily for my 30 day Challenge and I’ve learned several things about meditation for me … it’s best if I do it in the morning, before I eat (burping isn’t Zen, lol) and it definitely works better if I’m alone in the house (this one was recently added to the list) or before anyone is awake.
I’m being dragged by my desires into being a morning person, except, I don’t want to get up any earlier! I’m not sure how I’m going to resolve that one. Maybe my next challenge will be to become an early riser and see if it’s really that bad.
