Something to consider … your timing. I mean this literally, how does this feel in the overall timing of your day? How does the timing vary on days off and weekends? How about in this period of your life, is the timing good for where you are in a broad general sense?
By now you should have found the timing that works best for you on a daily basis. You’ve got the time of day down cold, you know how long it takes to accomplish your goal. Your family and other loved ones have adjusted to your schedule. I have a big question for you. Is this going to continue to work after the 30 days is over? Did you really make a lifetime habit?
If you did not shout out an enthusiastic “yes!” then what adjustments do you need to make to get there. Maybe you don’t eat seven servings of fruits and vegetables every day but you eat five. Maybe you don’t workout for 30 minutes, seven days per week but you always do five.
The point of the challenge, even a small one like this, is to find your threshold. Your best place so these changes we’ve all been making actually stick. Otherwise what’s the point? Right?
