Confidence, swagger even. I know you’ve got it. Those areas of your life that are under control. Perhaps you’re brilliant at your job or one of the best parents you know. Maybe you put the other knitters to shame in your knitting circle or always wow the relatives with your holiday meals. The point is you’re good at something, probably several things. Everyone is.
So what can you take from those areas of your life to bring to this challenge? Are you organized? Do you execute tasks well? Do you find determination goes a long way?
Make a list of your strengths (seriously go write ‘em down, I’ll still be here). Now look at your challenge goals. What do you have on that list that will help you get to your goal? Are you using it?
