The Environmental Working Group has put together a list called, “The Dirty Dozen” for the foods which absorb the highest percentage of pesticides. If you avoid this list you’ll eliminate over 50% of the pesticides in your diet!
The ACSM recommends performing 8 to 10 resistance training exercises 2 to 3 times per week, but don’t fully explain what muscles those exercises should target.
