I&#039;m also a pilates instructor, and I know all the deeper benefits of pilates, but I&#039;m not gonna lie: one of the most exciting parts about doing regular pilates workouts is you&#039;ll have the leanest, most toned and perky body you can possibly imagine!  :)</description>
